Wellness without a finish line
Wellness that meets people where they are—and moves with them.
Wellness support should respect real life, different starting points, and each person's ability to choose how they participate.
Helping people feel well and participate more fully in life.
At Wellness at Your Pace, we believe people are more likely to engage with wellness when it respects where they are now.
No two employees, teams, or workplaces share the same needs, challenges, schedules, or starting points. We help organizations create a more human path to participation through structured health coaching and complementary whole-person wellness experiences that can adapt to real life.
Our approach brings together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, stress support, holistic education, and intentional connection. These practices give people different ways to slow down, reset, reconnect, and build consistency without being asked to follow one prescribed path.
The goal is not perfection or an overnight overhaul. It is sustainable progress: practical tools, meaningful experiences, and support that helps people care for themselves in ways they can continue.
Whether we are supporting a workplace team, leading a group experience, or serving a community, our intention remains the same: create credible, welcoming spaces where people feel supported, retain personal agency, and can participate at their own pace.
Your wellness. Your journey. Your pace.
Credible enough for HR. Human enough for real life.
Wellness at Your Pace helps organizational leaders offer structured support without treating every participant as if they need the same path. We begin with the organization's goals and workforce context, then explore an approach designed for different starting points, real schedules, and sustainable participation.

Amberly Deibel
Co-Founder · Wellness Practitioner and Facilitator
Amberly Deibel is a wellness practitioner, facilitator, and entrepreneur who believes lasting wellness can begin with a simple shift: slowing down, tuning in, and noticing what genuinely supports you.
As the founder of Now Is the Time Holistic Healing and co-founder of Wellness at Your Pace, Amberly brings 10 years of hands-on training and experience to the workshops, sessions, and workplace programs she leads. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and judgment-free, helping people reconnect with calm, presence, and choice.
Amberly's work draws on movement, trauma-informed breathwork, sound, mindfulness, and energy-based practices. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Coach, and nationally certified Full Spectrum Healer, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
Amberly knows wellness looks different for everyone. Rather than asking people to fit a specific routine or definition of “well,” she helps them explore support that feels sustainable, realistic, and relevant to their lives.
Through Wellness at Your Pace, she brings that philosophy into workplaces and communities, creating approachable experiences people can engage with without pressure, judgment, or the expectation of perfection. Sometimes the most meaningful step is simply permission to begin where you are.
